The "Agence du Centre" uses a national survey file (so called SEVERINA ) built by FNAIM where a lot of technical data are concentrated to track transactions done on various areas allaround France. These data are used to tune local prices and optimize prices.

We often run computer-assisted estimations. This step takes into account technical data of the property, to match wishes expressed by buyers during their research. Over 30 criteria are retained (year of construction, environment, quality of materials, exposure, general maintenance, state of systems (water / electricity), sanitary, heating system, costs of usage...

Our thorough knowledge of the legislation allows us to prevent you from bad surprises... (Asbestos diagnosis, termites, lead, surfaces CARREZ law, financement...) and to write the agreement in conditions of confidence and optimum transparency .
